This Women's History Month, and every month, we’re celebrating the women who show up week after week to ride, lead, learn, and build community: Evergreen Crank Sisters. This welcoming space for women riders has grown into a powerful, volunteer-led program that’s shaping the future of mountain biking in our region, currently covering the Cascades to Sound and South Sound Chapters.

What do you love about Crank Sisters and the women's riding community?
I love connecting with REAL women. We all seem to be willing to get dirty, laugh together, cry together, learn from each other. It’s been a very unique experience, being involved in this group.
What keeps you coming back to these rides?
Every ride provides smiles and laughter, and absolute total psych about being on a bike, and on the trails!What would you tell someone thinking about joining their first Crank Sisters ride?
